Every Bitbuy user will be required to create a username when signing in to the Bitbuy platform for the first time.
This means that you must use your email address and password your first time logging in to the new platform.
After you have created your Bitbuy username, your username will be used to sign in moving forward in place of your email address.
You will receive an email with your Bitbuy username, confirming that it has been created.
After you have created your Bitbuy username, it will be used to sign in to your Bitbuy account. At this point, your email address is no longer accepted when signing in to your Bitbuy account.
If you forgot your username, please to have it emailed to you.
After you have successfully signed in to the Bitbuy platform, you will be required to verify each additional device (computer, phone, tablet, etc.) that you use to sign in to your Bitbuy account.
You will need to click on the 'Register Device' button in the device verification email that is sent to you. Once a device has been verified, you will be able to log in without any issues.
The device verification will be sent to the email address that is associated with your Bitbuy account. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
Please note that this is only required for a new device AFTER your first sign in, or if you clear your cache + cookies, or are using a private browser.
